I regularly speak to Chiropractors who are struggling to hire an associate or CA for their business, or they have had some terrible experiences around hiring. When I ask them to tell me about their business, who they are and what they do, their core values, what their ideal client looks like, their clinic procedures, marketing strategies, sales processes, and how they onboard and support their team I often find they have no idea what I'm talking about.
The problem here is THEY may know what they are doing in their business, but when it comes to communicating that with their team, hiring the right people for their business, and successfully managing them it is destined to fail.
As a result getting clear on their business and being able to communicate it is paramount, before moving to the next step of hiring.

Dan prefers to work with a handful of clients on a one-on-one basis. He finds that this way they can really get stuck into his clients business and tailor exactly what they need to get the full benefit from his coaching. Dan occasionally runs workshops and webinars but he finds that his clients who work with him one on one get the best results.
Results tend to vary depending on the needs of the client. Ultimately understanding their business and what makes them different from other Chiropractic clinics and positioning in the market place is the first step. From there all of the systems, procedures, sales, pricing, marketing and hiring procedures fall in to place. Depending on your sticking point or stage of your business will determine the results you get.
Typically Dan works with his clients for one hour per week. This way they can pick up momentum and build the zoom calls into their weekly schedule, thus making the most out of it. Initially Dan would recommend a 3 month commitment, then move onto a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any point. 1 month notice is required.
Dan uses two systems primarily. He's not teaching you to do things his way, however using two systems that can be tailored to your business and your requirements. On top of this Dan has over a decade of business experience, including online marketing and sales, buying, renovating and selling property, as well as investing and getting your finances set up for long term wealth.
There are some people you are meant to serve, and others not so much. Dan always offers an initial 1 hour discovery call, in order to ascertain if he can help, what the needs of the client are, and also that he is the right coach for you. If you do not click then it is not a problem and he may be able to recommend another coach or consultant that would be better suited.
Dan would normally recommend weekly 1 hour zoom calls for an initial 3 months, however this can be tailored depending on your requirements. The cost is £1000 per month.
